Credit card information is accepted through PayJunction. We do not store, keep or have access to your credit card information.

TAX INFORMATION

The tax rules that apply to your order are as follows: Our storefront is located in San Angelo, Texas. No matter where you place your internet order from, if the product is leaving Texas, none of your order has sales tax applied.  If the product stays in Texas, (in other words if the product is shipped anywhere in Texas) we must apply 8.25% sales tax to your order, product AND shipping.

SHIPPING

All of our orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which should arrive at their destination in 2-3 business days, in the continental United States. Occasionally, we will ship your order by UPS when the price is lower and/or the shipping time is faster. This is done at our discretion, unless specifically ordered so by the customer. Orders received by 5 p.m. CST will be packaged for shipping the same day, then shipped the following business day, Monday–Friday.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING POLICY
(Subject to change.)

Due to the critical nature of our chocolate and its temperature sensitivity, we will only ship products on Monday–Wednesday, to ensure our product does not remain in non climate controlled storage over the week end; therefore, orders received after 1 p.m. CST on Wednesdays will not go out until the following Monday. Shipping charges are $10 higher than our standard shipping during the summer months because we will pack your shipment in insulated shipping containers with Re-Freeze-R Brix foam refrigerants in each package, which ensures your product reaches its destination in the excellent condition you and your recipient deserve.

Express Mail (1-2 day) and UPS Next Day service are available upon request. Call the store or email us for a quote. This type of order will have to be taken over the phone by one of our Chocolate Specialists.
